What to get in touch about

• Something's broken. The most useful thing you can send is what you did, what happened, and what device or browser you were using. A screenshot beats a description every time.
• A feature you'd use. Multiple numbers at once, picking from a list of names, a coin flip — several of these are already on the list because someone wrote in. Tell me what you were trying to do, not just what button you want.
• Advertising and sponsorship. Enquiries welcome; please include the site or product.
• Privacy questions. Anything about the data the site does or doesn't collect — the privacy policy covers most of it, and I'm happy to answer the rest.
• Just to say it was useful. Always nice. Genuinely.

A couple of things I can't help with

I can't tell you what number you got — nothing is stored, and results never leave your browser, so there's no record anywhere for me to look up. I also can't settle a dispute about someone else's prize draw or advise on the competition rules in your country; those are between you and the organiser.
